Yeah, I haven't downloaded from DF as free user in a while, lol I actually downloaded a file after I posted the comment and I got around 250 Kb/s and even allow me to use IDM don't know about the waiting times though, things have changed since I was heavy DF links downloader, I remember when 50 Kb/s was the best speed that one could reach from DF.

Used to have full speed when this thread was created, now it's usually no less than 180 KB/s.

    Hello from Filestream.me staff

    Hello, everyone.

I'm glad most of you liked our project. Can answer any reasonable question.

    ---------- Post Merged at 09:43 ---------- Previous Post was at 09:41 ----------

Service may be down from time to time. It is because we are trying to improve, fix bugs and upgrade the service. The service is pretty new so there is much to do. Please be patient.

How long do you keep download logs for? Can they be deleted upon request?

Well, I was downloading some stuff mirrored from Depositfiles yesterday... the speeds didn't go above 30 kbs and the transfer stopped after a few megabytes

Yes, transfer stopping when server restarts and You can't login in that moment.
I realized that slow transfer is because of me. I'm downloading with high speed on Linux Gentoo (~100Mbit) but on Bridge download is very slow (less than 10Mbit). On Bridge Linux livecd I'm downloading almost 100Mbit. Of coure I tested it in the same time (so server usage was the same). I don't know what I need on Bridge.

Did you check if you were connected to the same IP? It is likely that they have multiple servers.

Another question for Mr. Filestream: can you extend the session timeout? It is too short right now. If I want to download my files one at a time, I will have to login again for each one. 30 minutes would be okay.

Of course, I was even downloaded the same file. Everything on hardware site was the same. I'm doing it constantly... always the same situation. Bridge is much slower than Gentoo.
I'm sure that its because of daemons or services or any other software problems

Noticed this service doesn't work on such chinese trackers as TTG, CCFBits, and some others. Does anyone has the same problem?

the torrent client aria2 they use is banned on most private torrent trackers. it works only on open trackers and tracker that don't care what client you use.

This makes a nice free seedbox in those relaxed private trackers. Don't use it on the others.

Or if you're from a country where public torrents are a risk, you can download them with this. Pretty neat.
