Possibility of getting caught?

Hi to all,

So here's my story, I recently got banned in BTN for cheating and I still have one invite sitting in another email account. Would it be possible to activate/create an account on another IP address then continue downloading on my home? Will I get caught? I was hoping to activate my account on school then leaving it for a month without inactivity then logging to my PC with the newly account. Will they know the IP address that I'm using back then and there and get caught?

As far as I know, Gazelle based trackers don't delete accounts at all.
According to that, you would be banned.

But no one can say for sure, except the staff, of course.

Gazelle logs everything. Everything. Using the same address as your banned account is severely ill-adviced.

Some time ago member here faced this problem with IPT too so I guess with BTN the only way to get in again is calling your isp requesting change of your static ip address.

Can you provide details on how you were banned, so we don't fall into the same trap?

I'm faking with speeds up to 80 kB/s for months now (that is the highest upload of my ISP)...I fake new series until ratio 1:1 so I don't have to seed for 24 hours. There is no point in overfaking since you need points to buy new member class and they are hard to get.

i'm faking speeds with 500kpbs up & 400-300 Down using Waffles method ( Torrents with many leechers) and it's working perfectly , i'm there about 5 months and i'm still alive :p

And about Getting Caugght in BTN , i have about 9 Accounts lol and never got banned , Only you have to do when you got banned is to change browser and Ip adress and clear all history cash & cookies ( use CCleaner ) and defferent usernames passwords and email and they can't get you :)

OP here, sorry for the delay. After the fiasco, my Ip address changed for some reason because my internet had maintenance -___- Anyway, I'm using BTN and the best advice that I can give is to use the ratio method in Vuze extreme mod. my ratio is to (DL/UL) 1:1 to 1:1.05. I've never been caught and I used this method on all these trackers. Hope this helps people. I think the reason I got banned at the first place is because I download the torrent with utorrent and seed with different client at fast speed.
