CCC is small community based tracker that interests in comedy files. Speeds there are OK because almost all files have small size. Cheating is easy but the issue is finding well leeched torrent there as i remember i tried speeds like 500 kb/s up and less than 1 mb/s down several months ago (about year). almost dead due small userbase they have and only 1300 torrents are active.
