    Vuze Change Log:
    Vuze Change Log

    Installation:
    1. Download and install Vuze (if this is a Beta/CVS update, download the latest NON BETA release) (Vuze : Java BitTorrent Client - Download).
    2. BACK UP YOUR TORRENT LIST! IT IS LIKELY YOU WILL LOSE IT!
    3. Optional: If you want to make a backup of your old Vuze version. Go to the install directory and rename Azureus2.jar to Azureus2.jar.bak
    4. Extract the files using WinRAR (WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files) or equivalent to %PROGRAMFILES%\Vuze (C:\Program Files\Vuze) and overwrite ALL files.
    5. Run Vuze and Enjoy!
NOTE: For other operating systems simply replace the Azureus2.jar. For 64-bit, portable, and Vuze Plus support read the README in the appropriate package.

    Troubleshooting:
Before posting problems please make sure:
    1. You have updated Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to version 6 (Java SE Downloads).
    2. You have removed the Vuze folder in %PROGRAMFILES% (C:\Program Files\Vuze).
    3. You have removed the Vuze folder in %APPDATA% (The folder may be hidden).
    C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Vuze for XP
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Vuze for Vista
    4. Reinstalled Vuze using the package from Vuze : Java BitTorrent Client - Download
    5. Re-applied the hack from the downloaded archives.

Warning: Performing steps 2 and 3 will wipe your torrent list and Vuze settings.

    Enjoy!

Have you downloaded and read the help file inside VPEM_64-bit_Support.zip‎? It's in the first post.

You're right and it's huge step forward but we have to understand everything about the PS2 so we can stop asking and make our clients and help others to make their own clients as well that's how you reach the point at which no body begs you GF :) .

    [Edit]
Finally xD,i figured out how to sniff the reserved bytes and i made my client for vuze 4.5.1.0 then i compared the two http requests of vuze 4.5.1.0 and VEM (spoofing 4.5.1.0 and the http request was just the same xD .
i have attached the client so gf can check it for errors if there is some then anyone can use it :) .

i guess you're right, i'll try to write a tutorial about creating new client files at this weekend. but no guarantee for it, i'm (as usual) busy as hell.

    about your client file:
it looks ok on the first glace. at least it will work with deafult settings in vuze. but there are some parameters missing (e.g. cryptoport), so i guess it will fail if you enable the transport/tracker encription.

But this given example of the parameter wasn't there in the request ! .. I think I'm lost now .. how can i made this parameter optional hide and show according to the settings or vuze ?!

just setup the encryption settings in vuze and they will appear. the problem isn't your own configuration. the client file will do the job with your settings. but it will fail, if someone else tries it with the encryption settings enabled.
(well, actually not. i've built in some security settings into the perfect spoof which will fix a misconfigured client file...but this is a different story)

how can i made this parameter optional hide and show according to the settings or vuze ?!
    PerfectSpoof Docs:
    Code:
    Available volatile parameters: {supportcrypto}, {requirecrypto}, {cryptoport}, {event}
just take a look at the 2.5.0.4 client file...

I was trying while using spoofing client file !! that's why it wasn't there xD.

    PerfectSpoof Docs
Right, i noticed them yesterday and i started to work on the client file without telling you .. sorry :)

I also noticed some difference in the header section ..
    Vuze 2.5.0.4 sends the user-agent as :
    User-Agent: Azureus 2.5.0.4;Windows 7;1.7.0_04

but vuze 4.5.1.0 sends it as :
    User-Agent: Azureus 4.5.1.0;Windows 7;Java 1.7.0_04
    and 4.7.1.2 also :
    User-Agent: Azureus 4.7.1.2;Windows 7;Java 1.7.0_04

so i had to modify the header in the client to :
    User-Agent: Azureus 4.5.1.0;{osName};Java {javaVersion}

and i now have the perfect spoof client :) .. everything looks just the same the handshakes (with ltep and azmp i didn't encounter btlp client !) and the http request also .
i have attached the client file so you can take a look at it .
    vuze 4.5.1.0 (mod).rar

    Some questions :
    - How can i know if the client uses ltep, btlp or azmp protocol types ? (without watching the 'Message Protocol' column in vuze)
    - How can i know the exceptions for key, PeerID and the infohash also ?
    - How can i know the type of the key ?

Thank you so much GF for the perfect docs for PS2 .
