You are fucking annoying, I'm suscribed to several threads here and when I'm expecting to read something useful, or at least RELATED, I keep getting your crap. GTFO.
But i found a small bug today: mRatio still upload/download when tracker down. So, mRatio still count uploaded/downloaded, but tracker not. Can you fix it? I want when tracker down, mRatio will auto stop, and when tracker online, mRatio will auto run again.

mRatio is emulating behavior correctly there. Real clients do not stop uploading or downloading if the tracker goes down in the middle of the process.
