What about just using the emulation of a seedbox client? For example I tend to use Deluge on many servers and pretend it's a seedbox. Nothing ever happened to me yet and I've be doing it for years.

i'm from Brazil, and here the upload speeds are sooooooo slow, like 100kb/s top
so, using mRatio, i want this:
the admins of the tracker will see i'm from other country (like Germany, example..), and not Brazil...
got it?
i need to "FAKE" the country I'm in... so they don't see i'm from Brazil.

It's not for that.

Use a proxy checker like Charon to ensure the proxy doesn't reveal your IP or change your requests.

only if use SOCKS proxy and I just find ONE sock proxy :(

its like that?
on torrents on mRatio, if using the socks proxy, they'll see like if I was seeding from an China network
and the torrents i'm seeding on uTorrent they'll see like if I'm seeding from home, is this right?

Yes, unless you choose to use proxies in uTorrent too, of course.

I'm not sure if this is where to put feature requests or not but, I would love to have some sort of folder system implemented where I can group a bunch of torrents that I'm doing one thing with in one folder, and a bunch in another, that way finding the torrents is a lot easier and when I'm done with that folder I can "close" it so that those torrent files are minimised until I click on the folder again.
