If you analyze the way bittorrent acts you will find out that in a situation like the one you described (where there's only 1 seeder, allot of peers and the torrent is of considerable size (like the 30Gb you mentioned)) very few people reach 100% with a ratio > 1.5.

If you look at the peerlist you will notice that almost every peer has the same % complete, that's because the single seed can't upload fast enough, when this happens they are basically waiting in "seed" mode, when a new peer enters the swarm everyone has something to send (just like it happens when they all are seeds), so everyone sends something and not only 1 person, that's why it's hard to find peers with a ratio > 1.5.

I personally wouldn't use this method, it put's unnecessary attention on your profile on the peerlist.

That makes sense yes. And you can use the method, it only depends where you use it. I have been using it over at CHDBits and it is working. If you do happen to have a good connection you can achieve pretty good ratios while waiting for the slow seeder. Or if he is not so slow (say uploading at ~2mbps) you can still manage to have a good ratio on it because you have got good upload (50MB is enough for this there). But I totally get where you are coming from.

Regarding the number of peers not updating in real time nothing can be done about it? I realize it only updates when the client itself announces to the site. At least @ the said tracker.

Edit: I actually hadn't read the part about the peers, when I first looked it appeared as if the quotes were part of your signature lol sorry. All sorted out then. Great program nonetheless man. Very good job. Thank you!

There is only 3 ways of knowing the number of peers: announce, scrapping or connecting to the peers.
mRatio doesn't connects to the peers, scrapping more than once it's easy to detect, you are left with the announce that happens in most of the trackers every 30 minutes

Yea man it's fine, thanks! There is a chance that maybe you could make that be let known...maybe say so in that red message that shows up when you tick the option, say "(...)displayed on mRatio(Updates when mRatio announces)". But still great program.

I have one problem with IPT trackers and i want know if its global im using mratio 4.5 with memory reader emulation utorrent 2.2.1 25504
and about an week i cant cheat in ipt its gives me an error end of time waiting data
its only from me or what???? any help???
