Well, I never got a chance to play those games. Hence the indifference. I got to play from GTA VC onwards and had fun!!
I played GTA1 on my first computer and I really enjoyed it. This was in 2007. Then in 2008 I played Vice City and I'm still playing it even today. 10 minutes a day :) Mostly just driving around the city at night, taking a whore and stopping in the middle of a bridge, watching the moon. It's relaxing.

Thanks for this news. The mod seems real interesting. It'll be cool to play through Vice city again but this time with updated graphics :)
Let's hope this mod is simpler to install and works "out of the box".

I was never a fan of the series, but i guess many people enjoyed the freedom of this sandbox based game. I for one noticed only the shortcomings, and that's why it put me off. I used to play GTA1-2-3 back in the day, but it never made it to my list as a good enough game, as there were always others far better, not of the same type, but of genres that the series wanted to use to create their sandbox, rpgs, driving games, flying games, story tellers, and the list goes on, you get my drift.
All in all, i hope they do a better job with this one and don't disappoint the fans.
The best game in history is getting even better, I'm deleting things from my HD to keep nice space for it :)
PS: Sorry to hear the car driving is bad
