There is this program that I came across and I find it quite unique. It's called 'pserv.cpl 2.7'. There is of course a 3.0 version currently out which one can also download from the same web-link ( given below later)

According to the program's author, you can use the program for the following (including others too):

* Used as a replacement for the services applet: services, devices and properties.
* Used as a replacement for the Windows Uninstaller: uninstaller.
* Used as a replacement for the Task Manager: processes and modules.
* Used as a replacement for the Event Viewer: events.
I should note that the task manager replacement is only a partial replacement in this instance but nevertheless it is still a decent program. Screenshots are on hand at the website when clicking on the red colored listings at the website.


It's a very fast load-up program with a stand alone installer.
