UK2/two is the new site. The pics you posted are just a re-design but not a new site. The current UK2 is the relaunch of the original UK-T. There was no third site.

Yes I mean that. Only two sites the old one died and this is the new one started with zero members and had old domain and opened register but now this is the new domain with new design and script version.

uk-two should be called something entirely different as none of the staff are from the old site and the original community migrated elsewhere. This is a brand new site with brand new staff and members. Nothing has been grandfathered into this site.
