There are the possible fixes if you are interested:
1. give active torrents labels
2. remove http://retracker.local tracker from your torrents properties

I customized a userenity to perform one function: fake seed.
The problem is in the LABEL field. I added the domain of each tracker in order to sort them alphabetically. This crippled the serenity settings and now I can't fake seed anymore.
The fake seed setting was used as the label 'Default'.
Is there someway to fix this without removing the labels?

If problem is in serenity settings, those are stored in serenity_settings.cfg in folder %APPDATA%\uTorrent - just delte the file and settings would be default again
+ I don't see what exactly is wrong from that picture, looks like it doesn't download anything but uSerenity mod can't lead to that.

Yo do not understand. The labels in the pic are just labels. They are NOT created in serenity_settings.cfg.
I want all of those torrents, regardless of labels to use the default action in serenity_settings.cfg.

so? Then delete all labels except default in userenity settings manager.
btw, did deleting settings file resolve your problem?

I have only one entry in the .cfg file but it won't use it because the torrents are labeled.
This is not a problem; just a minor inconvenience.

Leecher Mods/Packs and other programs like these can not prevent You from getting warning letters from Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or a lawyer because of downloading illegal stuff from Bittorrent network. Even if You use “No report Upload”, “NoUpload”, “No report Download” or whatever.
Furthermore I advise You to seed Torrents too and not to use things like “NoUpload”-cheats because torrenting is like “social sharing” and this is how it works. If noone seeds noone can download.

Far not in all countries downloading pirate is illegale, in many ones - just seeding it is illegal.
