TV Underground has a huge number of torrents and ed2k links for series, don't know about a page with movies. Since you are looking for RARE content, don't expect max download speeds, not even average, get real

i find a lot of very rare music and films via google searching - there's a knack to it and you need to be persistant, but i can usually find stuff pretty quickly (providing it's out there) and i don't rely on those crappy a/v google dorks to do the work for me - in the case of split second, let me know the cut of the film you're after, it's duration and why it was cut and in what country. i'll see what i can do

Are you talking about queries like "moviename "index of"" or "moviename filetype:avi"?

Since non-torrent options have been given, I guess we can name the almighty Warez-BB. There's a little bit of everything there, and most hosters will also have good speeds, even for free users. Downloads can even be automated with jDownloader and captchas worked around with CaptchaTrader.
