Oh, and also your user name should always be different. But that's pretty obvious and I'm sure your aware of that, yourself.
That is make your user name NOT similiar to your previous one. For example, your user name before was ABC123 and your new user name is ABC456

Ye my username was different, plus when I made a new account, I made sure to delete everything from the browser, so I am not sure how they knew it was still me.

Seallion, I will try to use those threads, I am just suprised after clearing all cookies and making a new account, they know its still me. I want to get back on that forum, due to the great help they give in realtion to my laptop.

Note: It could also be just because of that the administrator might have have banned the Ip's of your Rage as in all stating from 85.xx.xx.xx
