nothing happens, im using it with automatic updates and validation loader. if you have all the updates from windows update then u dont need it, its allmsot the same

allready blocked and if they are not then just hide them from update list as usual, the windows7 release with sp1 comes with activation and if that doesnt works then the latest windows 7 loader does the job perfectly :)Originally Posted by system28

Hey! I have a question. My sister is buying a laptop for herself. Now I'm pretty sure W7 won't be included, so I'll have to install. I downloaded Microsoft.Windows.7.Enterprise.x64.SP1.Integrated. March.2011-BIE and I'm just wondering, is it any different when installing windows to laptop? Also will I need a tool to validate W7?
The only difference could be the need of some special Drivers (touchpad..), but i guess all important drivers are included in W7.
Just do a clean install. In BIE releases everything you need is included (Bootloader and so on). After setup is finished you have a valid and activated W7.

Thnx man, helped a lot. I heard even thou you make a clean install you still need to validate W7 with tools.
Well...I am using a BIE release and everything was fine after installation.

Ohh...i found out that you have to validate by your own in newer BIE releases. But this should work fine (look in the BIE-Folder).
