I don't have an android phone, but I remember seeing a big pack of them upload to torrentleech a few days ago.
Android Pack Games and Apps-TL 2.36 GB - looks like more games than apps though
There are some older packs of android stuff there too. My friend says if you know the filename, you can usually find it on google.
Trackers suck in this regard, I'd recommend DDL forums such as IPMart. Just my two cents.

Droidappz.org is also very decent, plus you get a very nice DroidAppz app if you become VIP
