Something that i dont understand on CN tracker

I've register at CostraNostra tracker (theblackhand.me) but i dont understand some features of its.

When i wanna download a torrent, i have some opinion:

Normal Download
Permanent Interval Download

I dont know what "Permanent Interval" is. Someone can explain for me

Normal download: normal way to download.
Permaseed 1: you need to seed for 30 days.
Permaseed 2: you need to seed for 60 days.
Permaseed 3: you need to seed for 90 days.
