    The title character of this adventure thriller, filmed in Europe, Hanna (played by Academy Award nominee Saoirse Ronan ["Atonement"]) is a teenage girl. Uniquely, she has the strength, the stamina, and the smarts of a soldier; these come from being raised by her father (Eric Bana of "Star Trek"), an ex-CIA man, in the wilds of Finland. Living a life unlike any other teenager, her upbringing and training have been one and the same, all geared to making her the perfect assassin. The turning point in her adolescence is a sharp one; sent into the world by her father on a mission, Hanna journeys stealthily across Europe while eluding agents dispatched after her by a ruthless intelligence operative with secrets of her own (Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett). As she nears her ultimate target, Hanna faces startling revelations about her existence and unexpected questions about her humanity.

    is a teenage girl. Uniquely, she has the strength, the stamina, and the smarts of a soldier;
    one of those silly children/teenage soldiers exploitation movies, thats rather trendy nowadays, eh?

    her upbringing and training have been one and the same, all geared to making her the perfect assassin.
    now how can a scenario of a perfect assassin that has the strength/mind of a child (even if its an advanced one for her age) be even remotely believable?

    The turning point in her adolescence is a sharp one; sent into the world by her father on a mission, Hanna journeys stealthily across Europe while eluding agents dispatched after her
    nonsense, so basically she is prepared for the elements needed to perform an assassination, but doesn't have a clue about how the society works, wasn't trained to fit/blend in, ie. has no relevant experience with it - would a mission within such an unknown environment be a logical one? nope, one would send an experienced agent or build experience through time - not to mention the ridiculous part where they first intentionally reveal her location/existence (stealth, what stealth?), furthermore she doesn't even know how her target looks like! what kind of a preparation for the task is that?

    eluding agents dispatched after her by a ruthless intelligence operative with secrets of her own (Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett)
    her reaction while in the observation room actually shows ruthless-ness or n00bishness, take your pick

    for good assassin(s) related movies see:
    Leon The Professional (1994)
    Assassins (1995)
    Domino (2005)
    The Specialist (1994)
    Pulp Fiction (1994) partially assassin related
