Of course.It's because people need porn and by offering it that easy, they will register and use the tracker.Also, I never heard of a porn producer to actually sue a tracker because they posted files with a copyright so why the heck would they need to be safe if there is nothing to be safe against.

Many pornographic studios vigorously defend their copyrights. That's why so many XXX DDL forums have a "do not post" list.

I know why they are open now. And it is simple.
The biggest and most popular trackers, PureTNA and Empornium have problems. First, they have been contacted by too many porn production companies, so if you check their list of Do Not Post it is incredibly long, almost is nothing left to share.
Second, they have viruses and malware in their ads. Third, they are the porn trackers who had the most users being legally threatened to either pay for the porn they downloaded and seeded, or they will go to court.
So the trackers want to get in on that exodus, movement of the people :)
