    Arthur Christmas

    Release Date: November 23, 2011 (3D/2D theaters)
    Studio: Sony Pictures Animation
    Director: Sarah Smith, Barry Cook
    Screenwriter: Peter Baynham, Sarah Smith
Starring: James McAvoy, Hugh Laurie, Jim Broadbent, Bill Nighy, Imelda Staunton, Ashley Jensen
    Genre: Animation, Comedy, Family
    MPAA Rating: Not Available
Set on Christmas night, the story of Arthur Christmas at last reveals the incredible, never-before seen answer to every child's question: 'So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?' The answer: Santa's exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. But at the heart of the film is a story with the ingredients of a Christmas classic – a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.

they said it themselves: credible=believable, incredible=unbelievable

But at the heart of the film is a story with the ingredients of a Christmas classic
judging from the uninspired trailer, yet another incredible statement

and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.
santa=satan, has the same attributes/physical appearance as 'the god' (the red/white combination comes from 'sacred mushrooms' used for entering meditative/trance states), represents/represented by the sun, 8 reindeers = 8 solar sabbats, elfs = wandering spirits, 'used' as helpers in occult practices, arthur christmas = jesus christ, son of god, also represents/represented by the sun, an unlikely hero since he doesn't have typical warrior-like attributes, the 'urgent' mission is to re-start the cycle of life ('birth' of the sun), also may be viewed as to select 'the good' (the followers, the servants, the worshipers) from the 'bad'/'evil' (the apostates, the non-believers, others), remember also the christmas (christ mass) spirit to complete the trinity

notice how they used a militant phrase 'army of elves', how the elf's hand on at least two occasions (0:51, 0:52), combined with arthur's posture, forms a crucifix, the last one representing 'death' at the crucifix (no sun visible at that moment), the flying sleigh (space ship) has a label that says 'santa is' or 'is santa' (an alien? connecting to ancient mythology regarding alien visitation, gods fallen/arriving from the skies, etc.) with a shiny dot following (possibly also meant to represent the sun)
