You have bandwidth caps and can't access half the features if you don't pay. But I like it anyway.

Your account also dies and loses all its mail if you don't log in for some months. I see that as a feature, however - if a truck ran over me tomorrow, I wouldn't want anyone to read my e-mail

I used to go about it the wrong way and had to check mails on yahoo, gmail, phoenix and others. With my new account on Yahoo! I just forwarded everything to it, so now it's really less of a hassle. YMail! might not be most feature rich experience when talking about mails, but I need the chat account and it's webmail isn't half bad.

some private trackers don't accept yahoo, msn, or gmail emails for signup, so i use my trusty bigstring email for those. it's pretty neat, and fast.
