Never heard of this tracker before! Care to share what kind of tracker it is?

and ratiomaster should work everywhere as it simulates the clients (ex. utorrent) perfectly. Just take care of the leechers and seeders and it shouldnt be a problem

So there is no such thing RM can't be used here. You must choose the right client.

There can be other explanations. It must not be that, but it's a possibility. For example, using too high speeds and you may get that response.

Which I've done before. I've had the same experience, but that's when using high speeds. Use low speeds (10-20 kB/s) and all will be well. I seriously doubt they can detect RM, otherwise we'd be seeing a lot more bans on other trackers.
