[Game] Guess the tracker!

Merely an idea I just had, the title says it all. Here are the clues:

name starts with an F.
it's a very old and rather well-known place.
it runs some sort of TBdev frontend.
registrations are closed and there is no invite system. As of this writing, it is impossible to become a member.
the forums aren't very active.
ratios are strictly enforced.

After someone posts a correct guess (I'll point it out when that's the case), you may post another "riddle", and the game continues - others have to guess your tracker, and so on.

Ok.. So here it goes..

1. Gazelle Based
2. This tracker not that old but growing in popularity in its genre
3. Need invites to get in which are available to a particular userclass and very rarely open for signups
5. Forums are mostly quite active (around 30 posts a day) and admins/staff r very helpful.
6. Currently houses around 5k users with 2k torrents
7. Even though it has low userbase, maintaining a good ratio is easy if u seed long enough as BP system comes to the rescue

8. Was amidst a controversy some time back which resulted in a major change
9. The site updates quite frequently and is currently in its 4th iteration (v4)

Here we go:

registrations are closed, but PUs get invites sometimes, and so do VIPs upon donating.
the forums aren't very active, which is rather surprising considering its amount of users.
although the exact figure isn't known, the userbase can be measured in hundreds of thousands.
there aren't bonus points nor freeleech.
ratios are strictly enforced and affect your ability to leech new torrents as well as your account's enabled status in extreme cases, but donating lifts those requirements.
surprisingly, you may have a rather hard time seeding back if your upload speed isn't fast or you don't have a seedbox. At least, this is my case - I have grabbed non-packs with 200-300 leechers and only managed to upload a few megs back.
