sports-scene is pretty good for that stuff
footytorrents is good for soccer
not torrents but FBTZ (www.fbtz.com) is a fantastic site for Football , beats all the sports torrent trackers . they have highlights/full matches/MOTD shows of almost all the matches in their forum .

i have to agree with FBTZ for football, for me it was perfect sorry i dont watch the other sports so i cant help there.
fbtz has closed registration...
