It is obvious that we consume TV other way than out parents we (mostly) prefer watching TV and our favorite series online. I created this tread to gather and exchange info how to watch TV content online for free. That includes sites aggregating that type of content, special browser plugins, external applications. Its about free methods, not using any malware and cracked software, please add your methods and participate.

One of best and most popular sites online for watching favorite series, it is only for US citizens (IP check) and its free because of commercials planted inside in every episode.

There are like two main methods for accessing Hulu from outside US at the moment.
1. Spoofing X-Forwarded-For data like with Modify Headers addon for Firefox

2. Using VPN(Proxy) like Hotspot Shield Get Behind the Shield! Hotspot Shield by AnchorFree it has monthly limitations so you also need to trick it with changing MAC address of your network card.

I use JLC's Internet TV JLC's Internet TV , there are both a desktop and a web app
The list of channels is huge, but it is hard to find one with a decent content and stable enough to be considered a TV channel. The list is composed entirely of free streams.
Justin TV is another great source as some people do a "Live" rip of some streams (Most of the time they use a screen capture), the rest is just crazy people streaming their lives.
Then you have those "P2P TV" programs, I have tried a few but never got one to work
There is also a site similar to Hulu, Series Yonkis » de televisión gratis sin descargar (TV) para ver on-line, that has a ton of series, but most of them are in spanish.
We still have analogical cable here so most of us just hook up with a neighbor or bribe a cable employee to hook us up or we just pay the cable company for internet and split the cable to a TV

Quite similar to Watch Hulu without Proxy or VPN | How to hide your ip and i am not sure if the linux solution is still valid.

Lifehacker is just more popular just like Raymond.cc and few other there are 1331 sites that are not advertised so much and their knowledge well no biggie, I know few things myself.

If to look closer it was suspicious because of linking to Ultrasurf ProxyVPN tool which has doubtful repute and here is something frightening about Ultrasurf, that i was fully aware of for a long time and some people might be interested in:

About antiviruses i do not consider them helpful, rather sites like Virustotal VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner (there are about ten similar sites) that test files with dozens of antiviruses.
The more you know the less single antivirus is important hint for you. Just like with exe/dll packers on most of our modders artwork.
And my reply is a form of discussion not any personal attack against you, just in case it does not seem to be obvious.

Ultrasurf doesn't "work" for large files such as big images or video streams, it just gives up and randomly drops the transfer. Any attempt to upload files or long HTTP requests through it will result on an "URL not supported" error message, also.
