There's no tutorial that I know of. The program should be pretty intuitive, and you can hover your cursor over each setting to get help.

Nonetheless, this is not the first time this gets asked, so now I have large amounts of free time, I might do a "tutorial about mRatio: all settings explained" these days, for reference...

Moofdev's forums seem to be down or I would have checked there, but does anyone have an RM client updated for uTorrent 3.1 (Build 26605)?

There is no new utorrent build

I think you may have seen a misplaced release for another product.
There was no 26606 for utorrent. We apologize for the inconvenience .

First they said there is no new build and now ...
3.1 stable (build 26616)
- Fix: Crash when loading magnet links
- Fix: Fix GET requests by not sending "Content-Length" header (symptom: broken RSS feeds)
- Fix: fix torrent update when manually adding a peer
- Fix: make sure the bottom view is refreshed
- Fix: update toolbar (button) state when torrent status changes
- Fix: multiselecting sidebar nodes would show the same torrent multiple times
- Fix: integer overflow issue when downloading faster than 16MiB/s

This built doesn't send "Content-Length: 0". This worries me. Could it be a ploy from the uT developers to catch all ratio cheaters?

Anyway, here's your file.

I was thinking of updating the attachment on the first post... or maybe moving all public client files to a single post right below the first one.

A header the other build I made a client for did send to the tracker. This one does not. Paranoia makes me thing it could be a random thing to detect cheating (check who sends it 0 or 100% of the time).

Also lines between announce and tracker response were two lines now become three lines.
