Damn. What reason could the "No utorrent process found. Make sure ..... is working" error popup?

I have the utorrent 3.3 29677... Same client same build with 1 downloading and 1 seeding (real) but the error keeps popping up??? I didnt rename utorrent either... hmmm.

UPDATE

I switch to utorrent 3.3.1 build 29938 (posted above) - updated my utorrent alsooffocurse not its working.... I guess 29677 isnt working :(

I check my client files against a capture of the corresponding build before posting. If that one didn't include the header, it must be because it's not sent.
