    I haz no idea

Ok so I've seen this thing/button more than once on some screen shots over the internet.
    Just what is it??
I'm talking about the strange button near the left window's minimize button.

    see here:
    Code:

    maybe this?
    Code:

    And see more importantly:
    Code:

EDIT: as for that missing folder icon from the Realtek driver program , i don't know.

i'm not sure of a program that can add something to single monitor users,
but i enabled nView 'for you' for some previews:
(i used to love the new buttons in 2006/2007 to feel l33t, so people/friends can say, OMGWTF?you haz additional buttonz??!)

So basically, some transparency, resizing dialogs to the least possible vertical size,
everything else(every other else option) is for dual monitors.

    btw thanks for the rep!
