Both lists are designed for 32 bit and 64 bit systems and both are very similar.
This secondc(new) list is updated frequently and it slightly more adaptive to CCleaner changes. Staff please add it to first post. SBfreak will blame me again .

registry can be defragged but honestly listen this old man, don't clean up your registry!!!
Pickle You mean you found some winapp2.ini extension file registry cleanup inaccuracy? Maybe registry cleaning feature of ccleaner?
Or it is beware because some day you may wipe your important registry entry?

You may say like that also i don't believe it enhances speed and stability of the systems.it is beware because some day you may wipe your important registry entry?
it is not speed enhancement it is just recent items lists removal
new update 27/10/10
http://content.thewebatom.net/files/winapp2.ini
is now always copy of the second on ccleaner forums
for deep cleaning of the registry I still prefer to use something like registry mechanic but for quck crap removal ccleaner is very good
dont ban me just spank me
Yes, you can use ccleaner to clean your hdd but not for registry, that is my suggestion to live registry alone. In contrast you may defrag it.

Personally, I do "clean" my registry with Glarysoft Registry Cleaner, and sometimes CCleaner's built-in feature. I can't really notice a difference, but it makes me feel better to know I've removed useless crap. Plus I have daily backups in case anything goes wrong.
Defragging the registry files can make a big speed difference, though.

This thing cleans the computer to hell. The options I don't use Wipe Disk Space and Deleting Prefetch data.
