    If the printer is wired, then maybe it's that... but I don't know why Windows should complain about an IP conflict.

    You can set your LAN IP to a static one for testing, though:
    static ip LAN - converting from DHCP

    i'm on osx...the other computer is pc. printer might be wired to other computer.

    Just as a quick side note, before you do ever again decide to alter your MAC address, and in the event something goes wrong or you do something incorrect, I would, in the interest of ensuring your future attempts at getting another What account, blur the MAC address that you have in your above image.
