anyway the modification variation is unlimited but it's very easy to add such options..
so on every paid modification there will be free one
on the other hand, always you can use the paid for free :)

- this source code it's not prepared to handle exceptions, you have to improve that
- this code it's only a example, it's not improved performance wise
- you have to add any extra option you want
- the interface needs improvements if you plan on a public release

You can convert it to C# easy.

Forgot to tell who it works, i guess you know but anyway:
On uTorrent:

Preferences - Connection - Proxy Server:
- Type = http
- Proxy = 127.0.0.1
- Port = Same as proxyapp

Then start the server on proxyapp and it's running.
