    What trackers disabled account ( without IP banned )

    Most - it's the norm. Instead of directly banning your IP, they prefer to put it on a watchlist to catch careless users that didn't or couldn't change it.

    if it is dynamic ip you can get ur self many times if ur banned on any site,you can also hold multiple accounts.

    if it is dynamic ip no need to care about ip ban

    When I had a static IP I tested a few trackers but they are only romanian. These are some that disabled me without doing an ip-ban.

    iplay
    czone (czteam)
    xtremezone
    torrentbits
    freshon

    The above is based on the year 2008 so it might not be accurate. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

    well they are loads of sites which ban your ip, but there are quite a few which disable your account which is just as same.

    yes, but I have static IP :) and just want know which trackers dont banned IP if we use some tools

    just change your ip address
    if we exclude that we talking abut seedbox, so the worst case is to call your ISP..

    And ISPs sometimes refuse to give you a new address.

    It's rare, and the vast majority of people can actually change theirs, but it does happen. I just wanted to show it isn't always "change your IP and you're back on track".
