Most - it's the norm. Instead of directly banning your IP, they prefer to put it on a watchlist to catch careless users that didn't or couldn't change it.What trackers disabled account ( without IP banned )

You wrote RevTT but as far as I know they ban your IP
When I had a static IP I tested a few trackers but they are only romanian. These are some that disabled me without doing an ip-ban.
iplay
czone (czteam)
xtremezone
torrentbits
freshon
The above is based on the year 2008 so it might not be accurate. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.
well they are loads of sites which ban your ip, but there are quite a few which disable your account which is just as same.
What I know they dont banned IP ( they banned me 2 times - it was 2-3 years ago ). At this time dont know what they do.
yes, but I have static IP :) and just want know which trackers dont banned IP if we use some toolsif it is dynamic ip you can get ur self many times if ur banned on any site, you can also hold multiple accounts.
if it is dynamic ip no need to care about ip ban

just change your ip address
if we exclude that we talking abut seedbox, so the worst case is to call your ISP..
what the big deal?
@anon
just read the rest of my post
if it's home connection, the worst case is to call your ISP
if they can't do a phonecall, i couldn't help

And ISPs sometimes refuse to give you a new address.
It's rare, and the vast majority of people can actually change theirs, but it does happen. I just wanted to show it isn't always "change your IP and you're back on track".
