1. When I download one torrent in my real client uT and when is 100% done ( ratio ~0.3) and put this file in RM and make ratio on this file above 1. Stop and OK
2. In VEM download one torrrent and in the same time use fake upload and when file will be have 100% done I did ratio above 1. its OK

Depends on you and the tracker. There's no magical recipe.

but vuze is not common client in torrent world than utorrent

Well ,I was spoofing uT too in my last What.cd account and I've got banned,I'm not sure how they caught me ,may account was like 25 weeks old cheating that way,maybe spoofing there is not so secure,I'm not sure!

I even won't trust on this setting ,'cause we can have a master recipe or the best setting for VEM ,ISP's are different

I wanted to point out the right settings can depend on your ISP, specially if you manage to draw the staff's attention for some reason.

Some asian countries have max. speeds like 6mbit, so you can't cheat with your mentioned speed.
