This thread has 12 pages of ideas. You do well in being cautious regarding old and potentially no longer accurate advice, but FL never had good cheating detection (if any at all) and is highly unlikely to have changed that in recent years - given their size, easy ratio economy and abundance of seedboxes and very high-speed connections, it just isn't worth the effort. Just don't do stupid things that should be avoided everywhere as a matter of policy, like flashing or fake uploading on torrents with 0 leechers, and you'll be fine.

but how to seed for torrents has not leecher for 1:1 upload?

Seed those for 48 hours (the passage of time cannot be faked with any program) or choose others instead.

using mratio, for both download and upload. download speed upto 5 mbps (My Real Download Speed) and Upload upto 3 mbps (My Real Speed). Had uploaded more than 1 tb tbh. I download and upload using mratio with very recent torrents with more leachers. Once finished will keep 0 upload speed and put it in mratio for bonus points. Now waiting to get 70k bonus point for becoming permanent VIP.

NB: people who think why i cheat with this real speed? To get adrenalin pumped :) + (No diskspace for downloading that much from every tracker.)

60 MBPS bandwidth, 5 to 6 mbps download speed upload vary between 3 mbps and 4 mbps as i use wifi inside the house. Yes 55000.
