Let's say you can keep it on 6.85 hours a day...

FL: 48 hours or a 1:1 ratio. Torrents must be seeded for at least 3 hours after completion, then you have 1 week to meet either requirement. VIPs are exempt. Reportedly, this rule is only enforced manually and for very gross offenders, but I don't feel like verifying that with my account.

This thread has 12 pages of ideas. You do well in being cautious regarding old and potentially no longer accurate advice, but FL never had good cheating detection (if any at all) and is highly unlikely to have changed that in recent years - given their size, easy ratio economy and abundance of seedboxes and very high-speed connections, it just isn't worth the effort. Just don't do stupid things that should be avoided everywhere as a matter of policy, like flashing or fake uploading on torrents with 0 leechers, and you'll be fine.

Seed those for 48 hours (the passage of time cannot be faked with any program) or choose others instead.
