i'd say its mildly funny (since so many have already used this clip for other hitler 'comments'), but i guess its always interesting to see the actor depicting hitler switching to the 'insane' mode
btw, in the movie at that point they are hesitant to tell hitler bad news, how their troops are having losses, unable to hold the defense (the movie tries to depict the last few days before the nazi headquarters in berlin fell, hence the downfall 'of the empire') but hitler is supposedly still convinced they can hold it with reinforcements (that actually aren't available)

hahahaha i've already watched versions with some other topics like ps3... but i have to say the funny subtitles make laugh every time again about this. the vuvuzela version is also very creative and funny
i'm thinking about making my own version
