It should be.But somehow I get higher speeds.Not much difference tough.

Exactly. Higher bandwidth priority only comes into effect when there are other torrents with medium or low priority. Higher speeds you may get after doing that are merely a placebo.

setting priority only works when there are different lvls of priorty is set to other files

placebo but I thort all placebo's worked
