Hey fellas, you having the same as me here?
Hey fellas, you having the same as me here?
Yes... but that isn't a problem, is it?

Well I kind of hate it how it looks! Don't know why YT is having all these problems lately!
Every browser renders pages differently, and what works on one may not do it in the other. YouTube's detecting which browser you use and sending a page that looks nice on it. You can always go to YouTube, press F12 -> Edit Site Preferences, and choose "Mask as Firefox" next to Browser Identification in the Network tab, if you want the site to think you're on FF.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
That didn't change anything!
Did you try customizing your home page?
http://www.youtube.com/account#customize/homepage
Select the modules you want to see on your customized homepage.
Yes I already tried that. The video icons on Opera are too big, and I think that's the main reason why it looks so crappy!
I don't know why youtube is rendered differently in different browsers but I found this...
No way to change it as far as I can tell...New YouTube Homepage
We offered an experimental homepage last month. Millions switched over and have found it a better way to find what to watch on YouTube every day. We've also made some changes based on your feedback, and now we're introducing the new homepage to everyone. Here's what's new:
* Combined list - Merges your subscriptions, friend activity, and recommendations into one easier-to-scan list
* Don't miss a video - If a channel uploads 4 videos in a day, you'll see all 4 - instead of just the latest video
* Delete anything - Hover over any video you don't want to watch and click 'x'
* Or just grey it out - Videos you've already watched will be greyed out - so even without deleting, you'll know where you left off
* Help me re-find stuff I just watched - Your homepage will include your recent likes and favorites so you can easily get back to them
* Easy inbox - Links to your inbox (personal messages & comments) are front and center
* Load much more - Watch older videos - all without leaving the homepage
Quick tip: If you only care about your subscriptions, just click on "Subscription uploads" at the top - we'll remember your setting
No, no, no,.....
Now I have the same look in FF as I do in Opera! I'm so pissed right now.
Hey guys! Does anyone know of a great addon or script for FF, that prevents YT video from auto loading when it opens? I was using TubeStop for years, but now it doesn't work with HTML5. So I need a new one. Anyone?
I use NoScript for that, but I have no idea if it will work fine with HTML5 videos.
Alternatively, you can send a Firefox 3.x.x User-Agent to YouTube, so that they don't send you HTML5 vids to begin with.

How do I do that exactly?
1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...don/uacontrol/
2. Tools -> UAControl Options.
3. Add Site:
Site: youtube.com
Action: pick "Custom", then enter the following in the field next to it:
Click on OK and you're done.Code:Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7

For Firfox the best is to use FLash BLock check it out here.
With this addon it not just blocks youtube videos but all flash components helping you two ways one 1) autoloading videos and 2) saving bandwidth.
