    I have no hard data on either, but BLU's staff is fairly relaxed, so it's unlikely that they'd ban for this.

    Red notorious tracker, they ban you, if country ip change, even password and email not change.

    They are very notorious, if they suspect you cheat (very hard there i think) or for trading/selling/buying invite/account, they will try their best to ban you from all trackers. Global Ban.

    I can confirm this as well, I have read some post on reddit saying someone was on a travel in a different country and then logged into RED and thus was disabled and is now waiting for days in queue to get someone to hear his case.

    RED has a very infamous queue and a lot of people bitching about it.

    I added RED to the first post. Everything else on it matches either my personal experience or what I've been told from reliable sources, but corrections and further additions are welcome.
