Ok I got the answer in their FAQ section

Yes, you can log in on multiple computers. You can also log in on multiple IP addresses to seed or leech torrents.

I'm not saying they will detect you, but the multiple IP rule is for you to login from home and work within the same country, and/or seed torrents from a server. It's not a carte blanche to receive a traded account without problems, for example.

Does Pass the Popcorn ban if you change the IP in the same country? I am moving to a new house, will have the same ISP but IP will definitely change.

Shouldn't be a problem, as its the same country as well as the ISP. Only 1-2 IP series change that's all.

ps:You can use up to 3 different IP addresses simultaneously to torrent with. This means that you may have 3 different computers connected to the tracker at any one time. Anything more than that could get you disabled.

No tracker does that. Unless the new IP belongs to another member, obviously.

I know it's very unlikely but I think here IPs change every 24h and aren't used for another 24h and after that randomly assigned to someone (At least for private connections) what if you receive the IP adress another one used 2 days ago? I guess it's very unlikely but possible?

And does HDBits.org ban for IP/country changes?

Yes, very unlikely but theoretically possible.

That's a pretty bad system by the way - disrupting your transfers every 24 hours.

They have a system that would allow you to register new ip ranges before logging in so I guess there's no need to worry about trading. The thing I'm worried about is that you can be easily fooled and scammed with hdcorea account.
