Are you sure?HDCenter doesn't ban ip change
In past not, but now for SURE BitMeTV ban after ip change. I seen my 2 account closed because of ip changin.I'm also not sure about BitMeTV

Waffles ban if you change ip range + details.
fux0r doesn't ban for ip change or details change.

Yes you can add them to green list.
i got a pu waffles changed ip then details ... banned couple of hours later , reason:trading , after that got account + email nothing happened.
I think The Shutter is right. Maybe they've changed the policy. Yellow would be better.

regarding revTT and Scc, can u signup from an unbanned country then login from a banned country? (e.g a friend sets the account for u from an unbanned country then he gives u the details and u live in a banned country)

For revtt any new accounts will be banned , better get a +100 weeks old account and use it same applies for scc , but some users here did signup using proxy or by a friend don't know if they are still enabled or banned , but a old or donor account on scc will work.
PTN ban after country change..I just trade the account..the user doesnt change the any details sure. after 3 hours account was disable.
But we all knew that already

there's always a way out , got to the irc tell the staff i'm going to {Country} 1-2 days later the person who you traded with can open the account without any worries . works every single timeBut we all knew that already
