There are people with connections even slower than yours that struggle to keep a good ratio honestly instead of cheating... consider that.

Well my frnds hav confd it .. he told me we can't upload cos the local isp has blocked the port.. so don't knw the details :(
You didn't answer my question.
Ports in the 49152 to 65535 are considered private, did yours fall into that category? You can check this in your client's settings.

Looks good... are you sure it's your ISP that's blocking ports? And even if they are, you can still seed, it's just harder because you can't receive incoming connections.
