well, be as it may, since i saw all the other alien/predator movies i'll certainly check out this one too...when the dvdrip appears, naturally
IMDB gives it 7 out of 10. For their standards, that's pretty okay seeing movies are usually rated quite low there. imo imdb is (already) a biased/infiltrated site so their score will reflect that, and after all, you know what they say about opinionsIMDB gives it 7 out of 10. For their standards, that's pretty okay seeing movies are usually rated quite low there.

But still, even if IMDB is biased, my point was that if (currently) 20.000 people vote that a movie is relatively good (7 is pretty good), I trust that more than 7 people saying it's bad.
Do you deny a lot of people being like thishaving fun are we?? People criticise movies so much rather than just sit back and enjoy (which imho is the whole point of watching a movie in the first place)

I see this movie before 2 weeks and all i can say is that this is an excellent remake or first predator (1987).I am a fan of Predator 1,2 and Aliens and of course Alien Vs Predator.For the fans i suggest to see this movie in cinema.It deserve it.

I've not seen It yet but I will, I've got all the other Predator so I'll probably get this one as well.
I finally saw it! It was ok. I didn't expect much. Well maybe I wanted to see more scary scenes with predators.
I truly liked Laurence Fishbourne's character. Somehow it fitted him perfectly!
The movie was surprisingly good considering how bad AvP 2 and AVP (i kindof liked this one) turned out to be. Everybody underrate the second Predator which i personally liked more than the first one mainly because of the Danny Glover character...don't get me wrong, Arnie was great, but Glover seemed more realistic. The story repeats with Predators...you might htink of Brody as nothing near the words "action" or even "cool" but his pretty sharp in this one and the character he pulls of really leaves you with the impression of a realistic ex-military mercenary type. Story wise the movie was solid and had a pretty nice direction but it's main flaw i believe it to be not the ending, but the Predator vs New Predator fight....it was nice to look at but left you dissapointed to the conclusion as this bad-ass Predator we used to know from the first two movies (not the actual one, the race) turned out to be a little puppy compared to the new ones....i get it, the new ones are supposed to be tougher and meaner, but let's face it the predator didn't put up a real fight against it.
The rest is a well directed and highly enjoyable action movie full of nods to the original .
