Yes, I'm cheating on torrents (with sizes ~ 40 GB) that have over 200 on it with ~6 MB/s (down and up). On a torrent I can cheat over 100 GB, even 200 upload (but it has to have over 200 leechers), then I seed those torrents at least 72 hour, to be safe...

I read everywhere (TPS, several tracker forums) it's a severe hardware defect. But a chinese guy said he read in the bulletin of HDC that they will be back before chinese new year with a different address. This makes your thought more likely.
