Other people are probably talking about https://www.cross-seed.org/ but I'm talking about simply finding some big torrent on OPS, see if it's available on rutracker, download it fully from rutracker, then download the torrent from OPS, since you already have the data locally downloaded from rutracker you'll begin as a 100% seeder and start getting bonus points.

Ok, yeah that is what I have done in the past but I have heard the term cross seed used a lot across different trackers and I don't quite fully understand how it works. Would you add both trackers to the torrent file and then see to various private trackers at the same time?
Anyways, not quite relevant for this thread. Will see when I have the energy to join the OPS queue and give it a try.
Make sure to do some reading as this will either not work or put your accounts at risk. Also, OPS has stringent upload rules that may not be fulfilled by uploading a torrent from RuTracker as-is, requiring some preprocessing work on your side first.
Anyway, it looks you now have first-hand knowledge of how tracker staff deal with these matters. Not much I can add besides suggesting to read post #491 and start over. TL is unlikely to cause trouble on that regard, but it's up to you whether you want to take that chance (you could perhaps use BitTorrent politics to your advantage and replace them with IPT).

I uploaded some music on RED for music (from my country) that didn't exist on that tracker. It was surprisingly easy in that regard because the reality is almost everything exists on RED. There is clearly not a community from my home country. To your point, they had quite a strict upload policy and it took me some time to prepare each file and also write the page and provide the info. I would assume OPS is the same.
One thing I read online awhile ago, which was a factor in me joining RED at the time, was that it had a MUCH larger database but shorter routes to the invite forum. At the time I thought it was an advantage but if OPS has a smaller database, there would potentially be an opportunity to find music not on the tracker and upload them? I'm guessing the requirement to get to the invite forum is far more onerous than simply getting to power user as it was on RED.
I am mainly a usenet user (I have posted about this elsewhere as you probably already identified) and I did see obscure music coming out in some of the indexers that wasn't on RED. Maybe that is another route to get upload credits.
Torrents is not really my thing and I'm beginning to realize now why I never really got into them but I will give it one more go but play it very safe now with the experience I have just had. Admittedly, until I stumbled across this forum late last year, I had no idea ratio cheating was even a thing. I definitely would not be willing to gamble it with one of these trackers. I still don't actually know how to do it lol
I remember going through the RED interview and they asked the following questions straight out the gate without context (obviously it is a means to catch those who are trying to get back in):
1. Have you ever used a private tracker (Y/N)?
2. (after answer) Provide screenshots of your profile - take the whole screen including this chat window
3. ...takes a while to respond (clearly checking) Have you ever had a warning on these trackers?
...takes more time (again, obviously checking) and the interview starts.
All of this nearly took one hour. The interview itself was intense but straight forward. Done in around 35 minutes.
So next time, I will simply say "no". No doubt they will ask why do I want to join a private tracker and I will have to say something along the lines of better quality, safer, community and potential routes to other trackers if I can prove I am an upstanding member of the relevant sites. blah blah blah
Key thing is that I will never ever release information of my profiles that do not relate to the trackers that I am in other than the recruitment path to get into any of the others.
The way they act it is like they are royalty. lol. I'm not even sure why I want to go through with this again but I am such a stubborn bastard.
