Die Upload und Downloadmenge wird nicht an den Tracker gesendet.
Ihr werdet als Leecher angezeigt, welchem ein RAR Teilarchiv fehlt.
Es empfiehlt sich uTorrent fertiggestellte Torrents stoppen zu lassen:

(Optionen -> Einstellungen -> Warteschlange)

-NoReport-Seeder:
Euer Download und Upload auf dem Tracker wird nicht gezählt.
Ihr werdet als Seeder angezeigt.

-NoReport-Tracker
Euer Download und Upload auf dem Tracker wird nicht gezählt.
Es werden keine aktiven Torrents in eurem Profil angezeigt.
Funktioniert leider nicht auf allen Seiten.
Getestet auf BitMe

-Fakeup
Es wird eine 2 bzw 5 oder 8 vor eurem Upload gehängt.
Begrenzt deshalb am besten euren Upload auf 9kB/s.

-Multi
Euer Upload wird mal 11 bzw. 111 genommen.
Ich würde euch empfehlen euer Uploadlimit auf 6 bzw 1 zu stellen.

-DHT-Patch
Ignoriert die "Private Flag" und lässt euch DHT und PEX für private Torrents aktivieren.
(Verwendet diese Option nur wenn ihr wisst was ihr tut)


Explanation:

-NoComplete:
The completed flag isn't sent to the tracker.
There is no entry in the snatchlist.

-Report-Seeder:
You are shown as a seeder directly.
Your download isn't reported to the tracker.

-NoReport-Leecher:
Your upload and download aren't reported to the tracker.
You're shown as a leecher missing one RAR part.
You may want to make uTorrent stop torrents when they're finished:

(Options -> Preferences -> Queueing)
Tested on TB

-NoReport-Seeder:
Your upload and download aren't reported to the tracker.
You are shown as a seeder.

-NoReport-Tracker:
Your upload and download aren't reported to the tracker.
You are also not shown in the peerlist.
Unfortunately it doesn't work on all trackers.
Tested on BitMe

-Fakeup:
There is a 2, 5 or 8 in front of your upload speed,
which you should limit to 9kB/s.

-Multi:
Your upload speed is multiplied by 11 or 111.
I recommend you limit it to 6kB/s.

-DHT-Patch
Ignores the private flag, letting you enable DHT and PEX for private torrents.
(Only use it if you know what you're doing)

I think you got me wrong - my ISP shapes BitTorrent traffic, but uTP bypasses it, so it's not good for me to disable it

This is how the bt.transp_disposition values work:

bt.transp_disposition: This option controls µTorrent's level of bias towards using TCP or uTP for transporting data (assuming the peer at the other end of the connection supports both transport protocols). The following is a list of the accepted values:
1 allows µTorrent to attempt outgoing TCP connections
2 allows µTorrent to attempt outgoing uTP connections
4 allows µTorrent to accept incoming TCP connections
8 allows µTorrent to accept incoming uTP connections
16 tells µTorrent to use the new uTP header. This is an improved communication header, but is not backwards compatible with clients that do not understand it.

This option is interpreted as a bitfield, so values can be added together to obtain a combination of behaviors. Setting this value to 255 guarantees that all behaviors are enabled.

oh sorry its our old topic about ISP shapes BitTorrent traffic that i was interesting about it while i was in my country but now i'm interesting more about transfer cap because here my total dn+up only 5G prices here much more than my country.

Should be a matter of enabling the transfer cap via preferences and setting it to how much of your monthly quota you'd like to spend torrenting...

First i'd like to thank anon for this mod. I'm using it for several months.
But now i've gotten a waffles account and i have a question. I'd be grateful if anyone can share their experience. If i use NoComplete_NoReport-Seeder.exe will it be detected or not? And if not, is it better to use NoReport-Seeder or NoReport-Leecher? I just want to download stuff, no need for faking upload. Thanks in advance.

utorrent leecher packs are not recommended on waffles.I think they're all detectable there.

NoReport-Seeder may work, but I'd strongly recommend the Waffles method.
