I see a few people mentioned what.cd but I've had no problems taking it slow and steady with SBi for almost a year now

alas alas I have no high lvl trackers but from what Ive read, "hardest to cheat tracker" would mean hardest to cheat fast.
Because with Vuze with ++ , or any other SBI mod setting on slow-as-she-goes, Im sure that you can effectivly cheat anywhere. Cheating fast is the problemI agree the point is to cheat with high speeds as a consequence you will get a big buffer or a decent ratio

I agree on thebox being one of the quite hard trackers to play around, due to the fact that they keep a very clean close eyes on newely registered users till their grace period (ranging from 40 to 45 days upon sgning up) is ran out. Also,What.cd used to be quite hard in the past but after they started to beat Waffles up in terms of torrents collection & who would gather the bigger database, they started to care less about security issues.
Actually, What.cd's scripts have improved a lot during the last year.

That's interesting, I've heard people saying the new 2.0 version is slower than previous ones. I've haven't tried it myself but if true that would mean utorrent development is getting worse and worse. I'm probably going to be switching to an open sourced one eventually.. there's something about utorrent I don't like
