But technically it can be any tracker, I would say
HTC=(S+U)/T
HTC-hard to cheat
S - staff (level of education and zeal)
U - users (traffic, snatchlist and other tools available for other users to track you)
T- traffic

I don't really know but The* trackers do have some great scripts. And since TheBox is open, it's good for testing stuff.

- used fixed down as up multi like 2.0. no 2.03 or so just straight 2.0 :tongü:
- did that even on old torrents
- used it as a test-site for my mod. and i'm not a pro coder
- changed clients all the time. even used multiple clients for one torrent :tongü:
- never had more then 5 points although my buffer was big
- seeded packs without downloading :tongü:
- seeded older files with speeds above 1MB and didn't even hit stop before the update :tongü:
- actually i never hit stop before the update ever :tongü:

alas alas I have no high lvl trackers but from what Ive read, "hardest to cheat tracker" would mean hardest to cheat fast.
Because with Vuze with ++ , or any other SBI mod setting on slow-as-she-goes, Im sure that you can effectivly cheat anywhere. Cheating fast is the problem
