Let me start by saying this. How many times did your search for your
music on google back in the days you didn't know so much about
torrents or private trackers??
Remember?? song_name by name_artist free mp3 download .Sometimes it
worked..sometimes it didn't.
Personally I recall searching for songs on google a lot.
That's till someone told me about searching on "www.torrentz.com"
"Yeah with z" he said.
Shortly after that I remember joining my first private music tracker:
waffles.fm.
Several weeks passed and my ratio got low.
My thirst thought was:"Hey why not use Greedy Torrent?Worked on FL.ro
so it should work here too."
That's how my first ban occurred.

Now that we went together through all these online music streaming services I'm pretty sure you found one you like. Now onto the second part of this thread.
Downloading music from the net.
1.The most raw and primitive way is searching on google.I guess you know how to search on google right?
.But just so you know..google piracy evolved.
You might wanna try one of these:
--Google Pirate v2 Extended
Code:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/65708
Use Google to find free music, tv shows, movies, anime, torrents, comics, books and other files stored publicly online.
It has broadened search results compared to normal Google Pirate. Most of Google Pirate's results are based on FTP results, this version finds both, FTP and websites listing DDL links (i.e. Megaupload or Rapidshare). It also has a few new categories...
It needs a bit of tweaking, but i feel it gives out more relevant search results for what you're looking for. Check back for newer versions
--googlehacks
Code:
http://code.google.com/p/googlehacks/
Google Hacks is a compilation of carefully crafted Google searches that expose novel functionality from Google's search and map services. For example, you can use it to view a timeline of your search results, view a map, search for music, search for books, and perform many other specific kinds of searches. You can also use this program to use google as a proxy.
2.Another option is searching for your song on specialized sites that host mp3 files available for download. Here's a handful of them:
Code:
http://beemp3.com/
http://www.seekasong.com/
http://mp3realm.org/
http://www.emp3world.com/
http://www.mp3raid.com/
http://www.mp3fusion.net
http://soulseekrecords.org/
3.Ever heard of rapidshare??RapidShare is the world leader in one-click file hosting arena, despite being the most popular file-sharing service rapidshare.com lacks file search feature, the only reason I can assume they lack this feature is to avoid searching of copyrighted files by their legal owners getting illegally distributed by this pirate friendly file-hosting service. Nevertheless, their exist many services which allow you to search files hosted on rapidshare.com and other major file-sharing services like Megaupload.com, these free file search engines can be used to search for links of software, movies, music and ebooks hosted on rapidshare and similar services.
Here are some rapidshare search engines you should use.

http://www.rapidshare1.com/

http://www.c3k.net/
http://www.filestube.com/

4.The fourth method is FTP downloading.I will not cover this because it's already fully covered here.FTP dump sites available in the article.
Code:

5.The fifth method is Soulseek.A unique ad-free, spyware free, and just plain free file sharing application that can help you find rare or individual tracks.
Code:
http://www.slsknet.org/
6.Ares Galaxy is an open source P2P file sharing application that uses its own decentralized supernode/leaf network. It was spun-off from the Gnutella network in 2002, and is currently hosted on SourceForge.net. Ares Galaxy has a simple, quick access interface with a built in audio/video viewer. The latest versions also support the BitTorrent protocol and Shoutcast radio stations.

7.eMule is a free peer-to-peer file sharing application for Microsoft Windows. Started in May 2002 as an alternative to eDonkey2000, eMule now connects to both the eDonkey network and the Kad network. The distinguishing features of eMule are the direct exchange of sources between client nodes, fast recovery of corrupted downloads, and the use of a credit system to reward frequent uploaders. Furthermore, eMule transmits data in zlib-compressed form to save bandwidth.
