How does IP Sharkk work?

From the description it looks like everyone installing the program hosts a proxy, and other users can connect and surf through it:

I'm not cool with the idea of letting others do stuff through my connection...

Yeah, you just can't know what the others are doing. In my country, you are responsable if someone else does illegal stuff trough your connection.

Same here, it's always a risk being a exit node/proxyserver.
Then I'd rather get busted for the illegal stuff I do myself.
