i am giving the bat file as this still it is not working?

You're missing the .torrent extension and and quotes.

and i have another doubt in rm if i tick tcp listener and run my utorrent will there be any problem?

If you have uTorrent running on the same port, there's no need for the TCP listener.

You'll see an error in the RM log and that's about it...

when using rm if i change the torrent how can i get the other torrents how much percent is completed?

for example i had selected x torrent i had completed it 13%

i had run other torrent it had been completed 23%

i want to restart 13% torrent how can i know that 13% is completed on the particular torrent should i remember it?

The RM remembers that automatically. Just load the 13% torrent again.

Try loading it through "browse" instead of drag and dropping...
